Bio


Jorge Enrique Baldeón Triana is a 3D artist and animator from Guayaquil, Ecuador. Born on March 19, 1980, he received his Bachelor of Technology in Graphic Design from ESPOL University in 2004.

After graduation, I co-founded RAMP02 Animation Studio, where I worked until 2008. I then co-founded BOT Animation Studio, where I worked until 2021. During my time at BOT Animation Studio, I also taught 3D animation at the University of Guayaquil and ESPOL University from 2009 to 2011.


In 2001, my fine art was featured in exhibitions at the Municipal Museum of Guayaquil, Ecuador. My 3D artwork has also been featured in online galleries such as 3d Total, CG Society, CG Channel, and Autodesk's The Area. In 2005, my 3D artwork was published in the book D'artiste Character Modeling: Digital Artists Masterclass.


In 2016, I was named Artist of the Month by Autodesk, and in 2017 I was named Artist of the Year by the same organization.
